Join Us for Own Your Own Health on September 14

Our popular Wine, Women & Horses program, designed to encourage women to return to riding, will continue September 14 from 6-8pm with the “Own Your Own Health,” workshop. This evening will be led in part by special guest presenter Joni Clare from Unwind. Joni will guide participants through the Alexander Technique and breath work, helping you explore new ways to enhance your physical and mental well-being. The Alexander Technique is a time-tested method that teaches you how to move more freely and efficiently, reducing tension and improving overall health.
This unique program is designed to bring women together for an evening of equestrian activities, relaxation, and learning in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
As always, the evening will include time to connect with fellow participants, enjoy a glass of wine, and spend time with our wonderful horses. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a long week or learn new techniques for self-care, this workshop is the perfect opportunity to do so in a serene and supportive environment.
