2026 Summer Youth Horse Camp

Three Levels to Learn, Grow & Ride

This summer, we’re offering nine small-group horse camp sessions designed to give kids ages 7–17 hands-on experience in horse care, handling, and riding. Each session is held in our indoor arena and led by our experienced instructor Penny Wahlgren, in a safe, encouraging environment.

Camp Class 1.0 – Basics & Beyond

Perfect for first-time campers or those newer to horses, Class 1.0 focuses on the fundamentals of horse care and handling. Campers will learn about breeds, grooming, tack, leading, body language, anatomy, and veterinary basics – all through hands-on barn time.

2026 Class 1.0 Dates:
• June 22–25
• July 6–9
• August 3–6
9:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Morning Session)

Camp Class 2.0 – Beyond Basics & More

Campers who have completed Class 1.0 or have prior experience can continue building skills in Class 2.0. We’ll review foundational knowledge, introduce more advanced handling, and include mounted riding practice tailored to each camper’s individual level.

• August 3–6
